Contact forms

We request emails and names of those visiting the site through Mail Chimp, and we collect data when you Take Action. We will not share this data outside of the Nooksack Tribe & Lummi Nation. We hope to communicate with you from time to time as things happen regarding water rights in the Nooksack Basin.

We do not share your data. If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

We collect data through our Mail Chimp email request and our Take Action form and we may hold that data until the Department of Ecology adjudication is completed.

You may request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

The only data we collect from visitors is through third party sites:  our Mail Chimp email form and our Take Action form at New|Mode.

We hope to educate you about water and salmon, inform you of the adjudication process, and inspire you to take action to support a full and fair process to finally resolve the water disputes in Whatcom County. We are neighbors in this beautiful place. We are working to leave salmon in our streams and rivers for our children, grandchildren, and future generations.
